The rental rate includes limited coverage of passenger liability
and third party motor liability. Such cover is subject to the
terms and conditions of the SA policy. Motor liability
provides cover for loss by fire and damage to the rented
car, but does not include cover for loss or damage due to
civil unrest.
In the event of a misfortune such as a collision or scratch,
the renter is automatically covered by our car rental insurance.
The car insurance
company will pay out, provided that the person hiring the
vehicle pays the cost of the excess in full. This condition
is agreed upon before the car is rented from us, as it provides
both yourself and our rental company with the benefit of full
cover against any loss or damages.
