Vegetable Oils are part of Hudson and Knights premium range of ingredients which are suitable for a variety of industrial applications. They are 100% vegetable based, refined, deodorised, bleached, halaal and kosher.
- Vema 45 is a specialised blend of non-lauric vegetable oils. It is used in the manufacture of powdered soups, enrobing of soya products, bouillon cubes, coffee creamers/milk substitutes and powdered instant hot drinks.
- Vema 37 is a blend of naturally hydrogenated non-lauric vegetable oils which have been fully refined and deodorised. It is used in the manufacture of ice cream, sorbets and other confectionery products.
- Chocreme is a specialised confectioner's fat based on a blend of refined, deodorised and hydrogenated vegetable oils. It has similar characteristics to butter oil and can be used in the production of sugar confectionery, line fillings, ice creams and sorbets.
