The successful Telesales Executive will have some previous telephone sales / telemarketing experience and a confident telephone manner. The role demands good communication skills, the successful Telesales Executive must be computer literate (MS Office suite) with a methodical approach to administration - and a basic understanding of contractual terms and conditions of sale.
The position requires a motivated and positive professional, with minimum 2 year experience in Telesales / Telemarketing. The individual will be required to make phone calls and setting up of appointments.
Experience in software solutions would be an great advantage.
