All sites get backed up on a weekly basis and the saved files are stored in two secure, separate off- site locations.

Website hosting:

Website hosting is billed at R 200-00 excl. vat for the first 1 Gig of bandwidth.

Every gig thereafter is billed at R 150-00 excl. vat.

• 3 monthly website speed test
• 3 monthly accuracy test
• Creation of secondary copy of site, hosted on secondary server.
• Reload of site, if irreparable errors occur within 2 hours, from secondary server.
• Hourly error checking of the site.
• SMS notification of site errors to client and to Intoweb Support
• Monthly hosting for up to 2 Gig of bandwidth
• Access to the Intoweb 24 hour support call centre.
• Annual domain renewal (if domain is hosted by Intoweb)
• 1 x Free e-mail address
