EduSkill is an online skills management software which helps students and employees create and record personal development plans, creates annual training reports and helps users create Workplace Skills Plan. This skills development software can be used by any student, trainee or contractor undergoing workplace development. 

This software is currently still under development. 

Personal Development Plans

Features:

• Employees create their workspace skills plans online
• Plans are sent through on the software system for approval on a heirarchical structure
• Software links to the online learning for course content and evaluation
• Requests and motivations are sent through managerial approval
• Staff profiles are recorded and can be updated
• Link into EduTrain software (online learning content) and EduAssess Software (Assessments and quizzes) 

Records of training material provided

• SAQA levels and NQF levels recorded per course
• Previous training is recorded 
• Records of planned training or suggested training added

In order to report on training intervention details, we will need database categories for:

• Type of Learning Programme
• Skill priority
• Training provider

Learnerships

• Learnerships added to the system and linked to training material
