Intoweb's EduTrain system is an eLearning content delivery and tracking system that provides the learner with access to training material, and tracks the learner’s progress through the material.

  • Learner
    • Search and request course
    • Individual learning plan will show all the courses assigned to the learner
    • The learner is presented with e-Learning material and the learner selects each chapter and step. After completing the course the system guides the learner to an assessment pertaining to the course which the learner must complete
    • The course assessment will evaluate the learner with multiple choice questions 
  • Administration
    • New courses are created in categories 
    • Courses are configured to notify by SMS, e-mail or intranet
    • Pending course requests granted or denied 

System Integrations

The EduTrain system can be integrated with Intoweb’s EduCenter (registration/payment handling), EduClass (course bookings), EduLearn (Learner Management System), Skills Management and Induction systems.



The system uses the Intoweb framework, which includes anti-spamming, anti-illegal file uploading and anti-SQL injection, and various other security techniques. 

The authorised company supplier officers need to log onto the system using a secure username and password in order to process information.
